Dave Liniger is announcing a massive hurricane relief effort - the RE/MAX
Relief Fund - during tonight's live RE/MAX Coaching Hall of Fame session on
the RE/MAX Satellite Network. The program began at 7 p.m. ET.
More than 20 RE/MAX offices in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas were
destroyed or severely damaged last month by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. The
relief effort will aid the more than 400 RE/MAX Affiliates who were affected
by the disasters.
"These Broker/Owners and Sales Associates are displaying tremendous RE/MAX
spirit, and are hoping to eventually be back stronger than ever," says
Liniger (ABR, CRB), RE/MAX International's Chairman and Co-Founder. "In the
meantime, they need our help.
"We're asking you to dig deep and display the generous spirit RE/MAX
Affiliates are known for. Our network is a family, and we've always been
there for each other. We know this will be true again.
"In the end, with the help of each of you, this experience will be known as
one of our network's finest hours."
A hotline for donations has been set up at (800) 901-6577.
